Terms of Service

Service

Aureo Landscape is business software for landscaping operations, including customer management, work orders, crews, inventory, billing, reports, and time clock workflows.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, assigning appropriate user roles, and ensuring that workers and customers are authorized to provide information submitted to the service.

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Fees, renewal timing, taxes, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation terms should be presented during checkout or in the customer agreement.

Field, Payroll, and Tax Data

Time clock, payroll, estimate, invoice, tax, and job cost features are operational tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing records, complying with employment and tax requirements, and confirming payroll and billing decisions before acting on them.

Customer Portal, Maps, and Automations

Portal links, route links, reminders, follow-ups, and collection workflows are provided to support business operations. Customers are responsible for verifying addresses, messages, payment status, and recipient permissions before sending or acting on automated tasks.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with other customers, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability and Changes

The service may change over time. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
