Aureo Landscape helps landscaping businesses manage customers, properties, crews, work orders, inventory, billing, and time clock records. This policy explains the information processed by the service and the choices available to customers.

Information We Process

The service may process account information, customer contact details, property and service notes, work order records, estimates, invoices, payment status, crew and worker records, time clock entries, uploaded photos, GPS coordinates, IP address, browser details, and audit logs.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe-hosted Checkout. Aureo Landscape does not store full card numbers on its servers.

Worker Photo and Location Data

Time clock and field workflows may collect worker photos, GPS coordinates, device details, and job timestamps. Customers are responsible for providing legally required notices, obtaining consent where required, and configuring internal retention and review practices.

Customer Portal and Communications

Estimate, invoice, reminder, follow-up, and payment links may be sent by email or SMS. Customers are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and using approved communication providers when automated sending is enabled.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate the product, authenticate users, provide field and office workflows, support billing, secure accounts, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and improve reliability.

Sharing

The service uses access controls, CSRF protection, password hashing, secure production cookies, HTTPS enforcement, audit logging, and file validation controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
